    I have to move, where do I start?

    The first thing to do is to request a quote by filling out the form in the estimate section of our company website, contacting our offices by phone (contact section) or by sending an e-mail (contact section).

    How much does it cost me to move?

    Our experience teaches us that every single move has its particularities and problems, so we prefer to always do an inspection to draw up an accurate estimate and guarantee the stability of the agreed price.

    Inspection and estimate are free and without obligation?

    How long do I have to start organizing myself?

    Normally at least one month before the estimate is required and at least 15 days before confirmation, even if we can organize with shorter times.

    PACKAGING

    Do you supply packaging material?

    Yes, we provide all the necessary materials such as boxes (books, wardrobes, etc.), bubble wrap, special shock-proof material, necessary for transportation and eventual storage of goods.

    Are the packages delivered to my home?

    Yes, an appointment is set.

    Withdraw the packaging at the end of the move and rearrange the goods in the new house?

    Yes, an appointment is set.

    I prefer to pack fragile and valuable items myself and leave everything else to the company, can I do this?

    Yes, but we advise against it. Our insurance covers damage on fragile items only if the packaging has been carried out by our operators and if the damage is found by us during the unpacking phase.

    Can I personally store non-fragile goods such as personal clothing?

    Yes, this allows a reduction in the cost of moving.

    Are you insured for the things carried?

    We have an all-risks insurance coverage that covers any damage to the items transported and a third party liability coverage for all other types of claims.

    FURNITURE AND DISASSEMBLY OF FURNITURE AND MISCELLANEOUS

    Do you dismantle and reassemble the furniture?

    Yes, we have specialized staff and carpenters who can work on any type of furniture.

    Do you make changes to the furnishings?

    Usually not. Any changes must be expressly requested and agreed in the estimate stage.

    Do you provide for the dismantling of the hydraulic parts of household appliances and sinks?

    Yes, we guarantee the hydraulic disassembly of household appliances and sinks. In the new house you will need to call a certified plumber as required by law.

    Do you arrange for the chandeliers to be detached and to hang them up in the new house?

    Yes, we provide the removal of the chandelier but we are not enabled to reattach them in the new house. The intervention of a certified electrician as required by law will therefore be necessary.

    Do you collect and dispose of old furniture and appliances?

    Yes, we have the authorization of the competent body to carry out the collection, transport and disposal of hazardous special waste such as refrigerators and televisions and non-dangerous items such as furniture.

    LIFTS AND PERMISSIONS

    I live in the ZTL area on the sixth floor of a building, how can I do?

    Our office will carry out all the necessary procedures to obtain the permits both for the occupation of the public land (necessary for the positioning of an external lift), and for the request for transit in ZTL at the relevant offices.

    How much do parking permits cost?

    There is no fixed cost depending on the municipal administration of competence and the space it occupies.

    Do you think about the positioning and removal of parking restrictions for the stationing of vehicles?

    Yes, our technical office will position the prohibition signs a few days before the move.

    If the morning of the move there are cars parked, will the move be postponed?

    No, the local area police officers are called to remove the vehicles involved in the construction site area.

    STORAGE

    Do you provide the storage service of furniture and personal effects?

    Yes, we have a warehouse of over 600 square metres.

    How much is it?

    The cost is calculated monthly in relation to the mc used.
